Influenced by writings of Joseph Campbell, I leaned into the idea that myths from different cultures have similarities such as the existence of giants. The two figures held within the central form suggest a bond rooted not only in care, but in shared purpose. Drawing on Aristotle’s idea of perfect friendship, the work reflects on a relationship elevated by mutual virtue and a common pursuit of the good.
